Press-Conference: Goals, Structure & Composition of the Foundation

Research

Natural Disasters Victims
The Foundation's guiding principle in conducting research in this area, is to use a direct approach and draw conclusions primarily through personal visits to the stricken regions.

To date, delegates from the Foundation have visited the flood-victims in Naxos and the Kifissos area, as well as the victims from the earthquake on the island of Lefkada.

HRH Prince Nikolaos paid numerous visits to the areas of Rendi, Moshato, and Neo Faliro, whose residents are still suffering the consequences from the recurrent Kifissos river floods.

The conclusions from these visits and information gathered through secondary research are to be presented to the Anna-Maria Board of Directors.

Research is ongoing, as we welcome suggestions and information regarding natural disasters victims in Greece. Contact

Youth Unemployment

This is a far-reaching project, which will be based on the findings and advise of a selected group of experts on the subject.

At this point, we are gathering information and expertise from the running of similar projects around the world. The Anna-Maria Foundation will liaise with global organisations and foundations, which have explored the breaches between job availability and job absorption on national level.
